How to make cappuccino cake

When it comes to making cappuccino cake, I believe many people have no idea where to start. This is a mouth-watering dish that requires two raw materials: chicken and vegetables. The chef's superb cooking skills make the delicacy even more attractive. This is also a health-preserving recipe that can be made often for the elders at home.

1. Dry the ingredients. You need two eggs. I forgot to put five on the plate.

2. After the butter is softened, add sugar and brown sugar

3. Use an electric whisk to stir at low speed until the butter and sugar are mixed, then switch to high speed and stir until the butter becomes lighter in color and fluffy.

4. Add the beaten eggs to the whipped butter in batches, at least three times. Each time you add eggs, stir until the butter and eggs are fully blended before adding the next one. To avoid oil-water separation, stir with an electric whisk.

5. Dissolve the instant coffee powder in 8 ml of boiling water, add it to the mixture in step 4 after cooling, and stir evenly.

6. Sift the low-gluten flour, cocoa powder and baking powder, add them to the butter mixture and stir evenly (you can use an electric whisk to stir at a low speed, do not stir too much, just make sure the batter is smooth)

7. Preheat the oven, brush a layer of butter on the mold in advance, pour the batter into the mold, put it in the oven, and bake at 160 degrees for 30 minutes (it is easier to cut into pieces with an eight-inch square mold, but I didn’t have one at home, so I used a round mold)

8. Take out the cake immediately after baking and demould it while it is still hot.

9. Cut the cake into shape after it has cooled. You can spread fruit jam, salad dressing, condensed milk, etc. on the cake. Sprinkle with coconut flakes and enjoy.

It is worthwhile to spend some time to make some simple dishes yourself, which are not only delicious but also healthy. Cappuccino cake is simple to make and suitable for busy office workers.
