1. Prepare the necessary ingredients.

2.1 Chop mushrooms into small pieces and set aside.

7. Stir-fry until the mushrooms release water and shrink, then add Pixian red oil bean paste and continue stir-frying.

8. When the water is dry, add chopped peanuts.

9. Then add some chopped green onions and stir-fry until it becomes thick and then serve.
