1. Wash the shepherd's purse, put it into clean water and bring it to a boil, then turn off the heat, put the shepherd's purse in and immediately rinse it with cold water.

2. Squeeze out some of the water, not all of it, and chop into small pieces.

3. Add an egg, cooking wine, salt, and chicken essence to the minced pork and stir in a clockwise direction until it becomes sticky. Then add chopped green onions and mix well.

4. Pour shepherd's purse into the minced meat, add a little salt and sesame oil, stir evenly, add a little stuffing, put it in a bowl and microwave it for 30 seconds, try the saltiness, and then adjust it.

5. Wash the shrimps with clean water, drain them, add salt and cooking wine and marinate for 1 hour.

6. Take a piece of wrapper, put the filling in first and then add the shrimps, dip some water around the wrapper, close the wrapper and stick it firmly around.

7. After wrapping everything, you can freeze any leftovers in the refrigerator.

8. After the water in the pot boils, add the wontons and cook over high heat. Use a spoon to gently push them to prevent them from sticking to the bottom, until the wontons float up one by one.

9. Dip it in some old vinegar and chopped pepper to make it taste better.

6. Pour a little soy sauce, sesame oil and diced pickled mustard tuber into a bowl, add a little soup to dissolve, then add wontons and sprinkle with coriander.
