4. Try brine

Here's a way to prepare chicken breast - try brine. This will prevent the breast from drying out, and both the salt and water will penetrate the chicken, locking in its moisture. Add a teaspoon of salt to a cup of water, enough to cover the chicken breasts. As with marinating, it’s best to let the chicken breasts soak in the brine overnight. To save time, you can thaw the chicken breasts in the brine. But remember that chicken breasts treated this way will cook faster because water is a conductor of heat.
