1. Main ingredients: fish fillet, onion, ginger, pepper, cooking wine, and steamed fish soy sauce.

2. Cut the green onion into sections and slice the ginger for later use.

3. Drain the water from the fish, add ginger slices and cooking wine and marinate for 15 minutes.

4. Place the remaining scallion and ginger slices at the bottom of the plate.

5. Place the marinated longli fish fillet on the scallion and ginger segments.

6. Pour water into the steamer. When the water boils, put the longli fish into the steamer.

7. Steam over high heat for seven or eight minutes, then turn off the heat and take out.

8. Pour out the steamed soup and put the shredded green onion and ginger on top again.

9. Add steamed fish soy sauce.

10. Heat oil in a wok and pour over the shredded green onion and ginger while it’s still hot.

11. Refreshing and smooth, let’s eat!
