10. Flip the bottom over and fry until golden brown;

11. If the first frying is not brown enough, you can fry both sides repeatedly, but be careful when moving to avoid the filling falling off;

12. In another pot, add 5-6 tablespoons of water, 1 teaspoon of corn starch, 1/2 teaspoon of chicken stock, 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil, 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1/8 teaspoon of sugar, bring to a boil until bubbles appear, then pour over the fried tofu noodles.
