If we want to reduce the occurrence of diseases, we should not always eat out in restaurants. After all, restaurant dishes contain more seasonings and the ingredients may not be hygienic. Cooking by ourselves is relatively healthier. Stuffed bean sprouts are simple to make and can help promote health.

1. Prepare soybean sprouts, carrots, and lettuce

2. Blanch bean sprouts, carrot slices, and green onions in a pot, then put them in cold water and set aside.

3. Add salt, soy sauce, ginger, chopped green onion, pepper, Sichuan pepper powder, chicken essence, sesame oil, and water starch to the minced meat and mix well for later use.

4. Take 20 blanched bean sprouts and tie one end of them with blanched green onion leaves.

5. Arrange the bean sprouts.

7. Tie up the other half with green onion leaves until the remaining bean sprouts and minced meat are tied up.

8. Slice carrots and lettuce and place them on a plate

9. Put the bean sprouts in a pot and steam them for 5 minutes.

10. After steaming, place on the carrots, pour the water used to steam the bean sprouts into the wok, add a little salt, pepper, chicken essence, water starch, thicken, pour on the steamed bean sprouts, and you can enjoy the delicious taste.
