【Production process】:

1. Heat about 500ml of vegetable oil in a pan, fry the thin noodles with a strainer until golden, remove from the pan and drain the oil for later use;

2. Pour out the oil used to fry the noodles, heat the pan, add onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant, then add shredded pork and beans, stir-fry until cooked, add appropriate amount of water and boil, then add appropriate amount of soy sauce, salt, and MSG for coloring and seasoning, and reduce the sauce until the water is equal to the vegetables;

3. Put the fried thin noodles into the pot and mix well. Steam them in a steamer for half an hour and they are ready to use.

1. Put the noodles into boiling water, cook for a while, remove and rinse with cold water;

3. Add scallions, shallots, rapeseed, shredded pork, stir-fry, season with dark soy sauce, then add noodles and continue to stir-fry;

【Ingredients for fried noodles】: noodles, onions, mushrooms, ham, bacon, cabbage, dried chili peppers (or chili sauce), light soy sauce (or dark soy sauce), eggs, coriander.

【Production process】:

1. Cut the ingredients into granules. You can decide the size yourself. The size of a fingertip is more suitable.

2. Cook the noodles until there is no hard core in the middle, rinse with cold water and set aside;

3. Add oil to the pan, put the diced onion in, and when the onion starts to burn, put the mushrooms in. It is best if the onion is a little burnt, and the sweetness of the onion will come out at this time;

4. When the mushrooms start to shrink, add the ham and bacon, stir-fry for a while and then add the cabbage;

5. When the cabbage starts to release water, pour the noodles in, and then turn it over a few times. If you don’t pour enough oil at the beginning, add more oil, otherwise it will stick to the pot;

6. Add dried chili peppers (or chili sauce) and noodles together to make it less spicy;

7. Add salt and light soy sauce (or dark soy sauce), and remember to keep turning the noodles;

8. Beat the eggs and pour them in to mix with the dough. Then stir it vigorously and it is ready to be served. Finally, put some coriander on it.
