Ingredients: 1 kg beef short ribs, 200 g radish, 1 handful of vermicelli, 10 jujubes, 4 g water ginseng root, 2 scallions, 5 cloves of garlic, 1 tsp ground ginger, 0.5 onion, 1 egg, 2 tsp Korean-style soup soy sauce, some salt, some pepper

1. Place the prepared beef ribs, onions, scallions and garlic in a pot of appropriate size. Start by cooking over high heat, and when bubbles start to rise, adjust the heat to medium. Because the beef ribs soup requires the bones to be cooked, it is better to use a lower heat and stew it for a longer time at the end.

2. After the beef ribs have been cooked for a while, poke the beef with chopsticks. If you think it is cooked, take out the beef ribs and let them cool. After the soup has cooled sufficiently, solid butter will appear on top. Use gauze to drain away the butter, onion and garlic residue, leaving only the clear soup.

3. After removing the butter, continue to stew the beef ribs over medium heat. After the pot boils, add the radish, ginseng, ginseng and green onion, minced ginger and mashed garlic that have been prepared in advance, and continue to stew. When the radish is cooked, take it out and finally add the sweet potato vermicelli, a small handful, and then use salt and pepper to adjust the saltiness.
