How to make pork ribs and preserved egg porridge

1. Wash all the ingredients and soak the mushrooms in warm water

2. Put water and cooking wine in the pot and bring to a boil, then put in the ribs and blanch until the blood foam comes out, then remove and wash

3. Drain the mushrooms and dice them (keep the water used to soak the mushrooms and don’t pour it out). Dice the preserved eggs as well.

4. Put the ribs into the pressure cooker, add water, mushroom soaking water, and ginger slices and press for 10 minutes.

5. When the pressure in the pressure cooker is gone, you can put in the rice and diced mushrooms, and cook over low heat until the rice grains are slightly blooming (stir the pot frequently during this period to prevent it from sticking).

6. When the rice is almost puffy, add the diced preserved egg, stir, cover the lid, and cook for another 4-5 minutes.

7. Turn off the heat, add appropriate amount of salt and stir, cover the lid and simmer for another 5 minutes, sprinkle with chopped green onions when serving
