9.2 Heat the pan with cold oil, add the pork belly and fry until golden brown, add salt, pepper and soy sauce, stir well and serve

10. Roll the sugar-coated dough into long strips and divide it into appropriate sized dough pieces

11. Roll the dough into a thin layer and add the fillings

12. Wrap it into a bun, with the seam facing downwards, and flatten it into a pancake

13. Brush a layer of oil in the frying pan, put the pie in, cover it with a lid, fry over high heat for 2 minutes, then switch to low heat until both sides are golden brown.
