4. After the pumpkin is kneaded into many pieces, add high-gluten flour in several batches. At this time, the dough will be roughly lumped together, but due to the lack of water, there is still a lot of granular dough.

5. From now on, add milk in small amounts over several times. Slowly knead the dough. It's almost done when the surface is smooth and the inside is sticky but not sticky.

7. Slice the bananas and set aside.

8. Divide the rolled dough into small balls. Roll into glutinous rice ball shape and press into round cake shape. Add a slice of banana, close the opening, and press into a pancake shape.

9. Wrap all the dough with banana slices and press into pancake shape. Then pour sesame seeds on a plate and stick sesame seeds on both sides of the pancake.

10. Heat the pan, pour in a little oil, and fry until one side changes color slightly, then turn it over and fry the other side. You can turn it over a few times so that it can be heated more evenly.

11. Serve on a plate. Since pumpkin is sweet in itself, no sugar is added here. If you prefer a sweeter taste, you can add some sugar when kneading the dough.
