Pork Rib Soup with Figs, Almonds and Peppers

Ingredients

5 figs, 5 qian of southern almonds, 3 qian of northern almonds, 1 jin of spare ribs, 1 piece of tangerine peel

Preparation method

1. After washing all the ingredients, peel or cut the figs into two halves. 2. Prepare a pot of boiling water and blanch the ribs for a while to remove the fishy smell and blood. 3. Start cooking the soup. Pour 80% water into the soup pot, then put in the tangerine peel. After the water boils, add figs, almonds and pork ribs. Cook over high heat for about 20 minutes, then simmer over low heat for about 2 hours and 40 minutes. You can make the fig, almond and pork ribs soup.

Almonds are also rich in flavonoids (flavonoids for short). Because of their small molecular weight, they are easily absorbed by the human body and can pass through the blood-brain barrier and enter the fat tissue. The difference between northern and southern almonds:
