Step by Step Sushi Roll

1. Prepare a large bowl of rice.

2.1 Put the other vegetable strips except ham on a plate, add 2 tablespoons of white vinegar, 1 tablespoon of white sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of salt, mix well and marinate for a while. (The pickled ones are not only crispy, but also sour and sweet, and taste especially good)

3.2 Prepare the side dishes: cut the cucumber, carrot, green pepper, red pepper and ham into small strips.

4.12 Crack the eggs into a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of water starch, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and stir well.

5.21 Put a thin layer of oil in a non-stick pan and heat it, pour in the egg liquid and fry it into egg skin.

6.1 After the cooked rice has cooled slightly, add appropriate amount of sushi vinegar and mix well. (This amount can be adjusted according to your taste or proportion)

7.2 Take out and cut into egg shreds.

8. Take a piece of nori and spread it on the sushi mat.

9. Spread a layer of sushi rice evenly, leaving a little on top. (In order to make it easier to stick when you roll it there at the end)

10. Place various ingredients on the area in front of you, just above the rice.

11. Then use the sushi curtain to push the seaweed and roll it up, making sure it is rolled tightly.

12. After rolling, open it and wrap it one by one.

13. Taking 2 rolls as an example, first divide the rolled sushi roll into three, and then cut each portion diagonally into two portions of the same size.

14. Arrange on a plate, serve with dipping sauce.
