How to make pancakes

1. Main ingredients: eggs, flour, and green onions.

3.2 Add appropriate amount of salt and pepper to the flour and mix well.

4.1 Heat the non-stick pan slightly, then turn to low heat, brush a thin layer of oil on it, scoop in a spoonful of batter, turn the pan, and flatten the bottom of the pan, making it as thin as possible.

5.2 Wash and chop the green onions.

6.1 Use a spoon to spread the egg to cover the pancake.

7.2 When the surface of the dough begins to solidify, crack an egg into it.

8. When the egg liquid is about to be completely solidified, sprinkle appropriate amount of bamboo sesame seeds and chopped green onions and fry until cooked through. (If you sprinkle it after the egg liquid is completely dry, it won’t stick, so sprinkle it before the egg liquid is about to completely solidify)

9. I used to make all kinds of breakfast pancakes in a non-stick pan, but many friends said that there was no non-stick pan, so this time I tried it and made one in a regular frying pan. It was just as good and even thinner. So you don’t necessarily have to have a non-stick pan.

10. After frying, turn it over and put in fried dough sticks, meat floss, etc., your favorite food, roll it up and eat, it tastes especially good. Sometimes I don’t even curl up, I just make breakfast pancakes like this.
