How to make fried rice with soy sauce, coriander and egg

Eating work meals every day makes life feel boring and even your taste buds become numb. You start to miss simple home-cooked meals, but you don’t have the time to make them? The dish of soy sauce, coriander and egg fried rice is simple to prepare and has a variety of flavors. You can prepare the seasonings according to your preferences and make your own delicious food.

1. Wash the pan, dry it, and add a proper amount of oil (depending on the amount of eggs to be added). After it is 70% to 80% hot, slowly pour in the eggs over low heat and stir-fry until the eggs are broken up. Add chopped coriander (if you like to eat cooked coriander, you can also choose to add coriander when adding eggs later). Remove from the pan when it is tender and yellow (it tastes better when it is tender).

2. After the eggs are out of the pan, there should be just enough oil left in the pan (this means you added just enough oil in the first step). Turn the heat to medium and pour in the remaining rice and stir-fry until there are no lumps. After about a minute, use a spatula to scoop up the oil and sprinkle it along the rice to make it even (adding too much oil will make you feel dry).

3. Adjust the heat to medium and add appropriate amount of soy sauce (a small amount of soy sauce is enough to stir-fry and change the color of the dry rice) (if you want to eat soft dry rice, you can add a small amount of water) Add appropriate amount of salt (depending on the amount of dry rice and personal taste) Then pour in the coriander and egg mixture from the first step

4. After adding the eggs, add the onions and garlic (I like to eat chopped ones) immediately. Stir-fry for a few seconds, then add a small amount of pepper. Turn off the heat and stir-fry for a few more times using the residual heat. Then you can serve.

The dish of soy sauce, coriander and egg fried rice can be modified according to your own taste, using the seasoning to enhance the flavor. Pay attention to adjusting the amount of soy sauce, chopped green onions and minced garlic.
