1. Stir-fried green peppers and mushrooms

Ingredients: 200g mushrooms, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of soy sauce, appropriate amount of blended oil, 1 bell pepper.

2. Stir-fried Mushrooms

Ingredients: 150 grams of white mushroom, 150 grams of cabbage mushroom, 100 grams of sweet pea, 80 grams of yellow bell pepper, 15 grams of chili slices, 15 grams of ginger slices, 2 tablespoons of Niutou brand vegetarian shacha sauce, 1 teaspoon of vegetarian oyster sauce, a little mushroom powder, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil.

1. Remove the stems and ends of white button mushrooms and cabbage mushrooms; remove the heads and tails of sweet peas; remove the seeds from the yellow bell pepper and cut into thick strips for later use.

2.Put all the ingredients from step 1 into boiling water to blanch until they are astringent, remove from the water, drain and set aside.

3. Heat the pan, pour in 2 tablespoons of oil, add chili slices and ginger slices and sauté until fragrant, then add all the ingredients and seasonings from step 2, stir-fry evenly and add cornstarch water to thicken.

3. Stir-fried mushrooms

Ingredients: 300g mushrooms, salt, soy sauce, blended oil, coriander

1. Wash the mushrooms and pick small pieces.

2. Put it in the pot and blanch for two or three minutes.

3. Heat oil in a pan and add drained mushrooms.

4. Stir-fry for two minutes and add salt.

5. Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce.

6. Add coriander.

7. Stir-fry evenly.

4. Suitable for people

⒈ Suitable for people with low immunity, high blood pressure, the elderly, and diabetes patients

⒉ Mushrooms are slippery in nature, so people with diarrhea should be careful when eating them; poisonous wild mushrooms are forbidden

5. Precautions for eating mushrooms

1. Do not eat mushrooms you do not recognize, especially mushrooms you picked in the wild. If you do not recognize or are not sure whether they are edible, do not eat them.

2. Many edible mushrooms also contain toxins and need to be sterilized at high temperatures before they can be eaten. Therefore, mushrooms cannot be eaten raw and must be fully cooked before eating.

3. The symptoms of mushroom poisoning usually develop quickly. Therefore, when neurasthenia, dizziness and discomfort first appear, you need to seek medical attention promptly, perform acute gastric lavage and detoxification treatment, so as not to delay the treatment and endanger your life and health.
