How to make mushroom, vegetable and tofu buns

1. Add corn flour, soybean flour and yeast into flour.

7. Squeeze the chopped rapeseed dry, put it in a container, add chopped mushroom stems, diced tofu, chopped green onion and ginger, add salt, five-spice powder, MSG, and salad oil.

8. Mix all the ingredients evenly and set aside as filling.

9. Put the proofed dough on the chopping board, roll it into long strips, cut into pieces, and roll out the dough.

10. Start making dumplings.

11. Put the wrapped buns into the steamer.

12. Steam over high heat for 10 minutes, take out and place on a plate.
