How to steam tofu

Tofu is a common food and is also a food that many people like to eat. There are many ways to eat tofu, and steamed tofu is one of them. Of course, when making steamed tofu, you can add many other ingredients to make the tofu more delicious. Below, I will introduce in detail the methods of steamed tofu with tea juice, steamed tofu with shrimp, steamed squid tofu and steamed tofu with egg yolk!

1. Steamed Tofu with Tea Sauce

1 Beat the soy milk, egg white and egg yolk together, then steam them in a container for five minutes.

2 Brew Pu'er tea leaves into tea soup, filter it and add salt to taste.

3 Pour the tea over the steamed tofu.

Cooking tips: You can also pair it with refreshing kimchi as a side dish, or add wolfberry and lily to make the dish more beautiful.

Features: Tofu steamed with soy milk, egg white and egg yolk is light yellow with a slightly soft luster, and has an elastic, delicate and even taste. With the addition of Pu'er juice, the aroma of tea and beans complement each other.

2. Steamed Tofu with Shrimp

1. Dice the tofu, blanch it in boiling water and remove it;

2. Crack the eggs into a large bowl, add onion and ginger juice, salt, MSG, water, thicken with wet starch, then add diced tofu and mix well;

3. Put the fresh shrimps in a small bowl, add salt, MSG and cooking wine to marinate, then place them neatly on the diced tofu and egg liquid;

4. Put the large bowl of tofu into the steamer, steam over medium heat for 15 minutes, take out and drizzle with sesame oil.

3. Steamed Squid with Tofu

1. Tear off the red outer layer of the squid, cut it into two pieces, leaving the bottom part connected.

2. Cut the tofu into small pieces and lay them out.

3. Place the cut squid on the tofu and sprinkle with a little salt.

4. Steam in a pot.

5. Heat another pan with oil and sauté the minced garlic. Add in the chopped carrots, a little salt and stir-fry until cooked. Pour over the steamed squid.

6. Add some more oil to the pot, when it is hot, pour in the soy sauce. Heat.

7. Turn off the heat after 5 minutes of cooking the squid and pour in 6.

8. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and chili pepper.

4. Steamed Tofu with Egg Yolk

1. Dice the tofu, put it on a plate, and add seasoning to marinate.

2. Dice the egg yolk and sprinkle it evenly on the tofu. Steam it in a steamer for 3 minutes and take it out.
