Mix 5 grams of white sugar, 10 grams of low-gluten flour and 5 grams of sesame seeds together and set aside. 8.1 Cut the rolled dough into two with a knife. 9.2Roll up the rolled bread from top to bottom. 10.1 Use the tip of a chopstick to poke a hole in the thread of the rolled dough to allow it to breathe and help it stand more steadily. 11.2 Stand the cut dough upright. It will be used soon. 13. Pick up a piece of dough and dip it in water first, then dip it in the base material. 14. Place the dough dipped in the base on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. 15. There are 24 small doughs in total. My baking tray is too small to hold them all, so I put the remaining 8 small doughs in the bread machine to bake. 16. Carry out the second fermentation, the time is about 1-2 hours depending on the room temperature. 17. The 8 small doughs in the bread machine have also risen. 18. Put it in the oven and bake it on the upper and lower fire for 3-5 minutes, then bake it on the upper fire for 8-10 minutes. Bake in a bread machine for 15-18 minutes.
