14. When the duck meat is soft, cook over high heat until the sauce is reduced to about half a bowl. Season. If it is not salty enough, add a little soy sauce or salt. If the taste is too bland, add some sugar. Add 2 tablespoons of water starch to make the sauce a little sticky to coat the duck pieces.

15. Pour in the garlic leaves, stir evenly, cook for a while, turn off the heat, and it's done.
