1. Set aside pumpkin, eggs, sesame seeds, sausage, etc.

2.1 Pour two cups of flour, one teaspoon of yeast powder, butter, one teaspoon of salt, two tablespoons of sugar, eggs, and half a cup of water into the bread machine.

3.2 Slice the pumpkin, put it in the microwave, cook on high heat for five minutes, and then mash it into a paste.

4.12 The order of pouring ingredients: water and egg liquid, butter, salt, sugar, flour, yeast, and pumpkin puree.

5.21 Mix the ingredients into dough in a bread machine.

6. Take out the dough after it has doubled in size.

7. Divide into four equal small portions and let rest for ten minutes.

8.1 Wrap the sausage inside and roll it into a bread roll.

9.2 Roll the small dough into long slices and put the sausages on them.

10. Place them neatly on the baking paper.

11. After the bread is made, put it in the oven for secondary fermentation. Brush with egg white and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

12. Put it in the oven.

13. Bake at 170 degrees, upper and lower heat, for fifteen minutes.
