1. Dissolve the yeast in water and let it stand for 5 minutes. Add sugar and flour and knead until the dough is smooth.

2. Place in a warm place and ferment until it doubles in size. Poke a hole with your finger and it will not collapse or shrink.

3. Add 30 grams of flour and knead repeatedly. After kneading, divide it into six parts and add a little more flour to knead it smooth.

4. Pull the bottom inward, with the bottom facing down, roll it into a longer cylindrical shape and put it into the steamer.

5. Let it sit for 20 minutes, then steam over high heat until steam comes out, then switch to medium heat and steam for about 20 minutes. Simmer for five minutes and then open the lid to enjoy
