1. 5. When the carrot surface changes color and the pot emits a unique sweet carrot aroma, add the lotus root slices immediately.

6. Add the prepared seasoning sauce, the remaining salt and thirteen spices, and continue to stir-fry.

7. The steam will be very sour after the sauce is added. When the sourness subsides slightly, add the remaining green peppers, celery, and peanuts.

8. When the surface of the green pepper changes color slightly, stir-fry the green pepper to bring out its fragrance. Add garlic, apple cider vinegar, water starch made with the remaining starch, chicken essence, and thicken.

9. Remove from the pan, place on a plate, serve with rice and enjoy!
