How to make small dinner rolls

Small dinner buns are a common home-cooked dish, and it is very easy to make. No frying is required, just simple stir-frying will make a delicious dish. The meal would be even more delicious if served with a soup.

1. Put all the ingredients into the bread machine in the order of wet first and dry later. Do not put salt and sugar together, but put them in diagonally. Make a small hole and put the yeast in after the flour is put in. Turn on the bread machine kneading function button twice for a total of 30 minutes.

2. After kneading the dough, if the weather is cold, you can set the rice wine fermentation function on the bread machine function key and observe carefully. Generally, it takes about 90-120 minutes for the dough to ferment to 2-2.5 times of the original size. Of course, if the weather permits, you can directly turn off the power and let it stand at room temperature for about an hour, which can also ferment to 2-2.5 times of the original size.

3. The room temperature here is 16 degrees at night, so I turn on the rice wine fermentation function for about 90 minutes. Take out the dough, knead it evenly, exhaust the air, and let it rise for 15 minutes. To prevent the surface from drying out, cover it with a wet cloth.

4. When the proofing time is up, you can divide the dough for the final shaping. You can use a rolling pin to roll the small dough once, roll it up, roll it again and roll it up again. You can roll it into an isosceles triangle, and then roll it up from the bottom, and it will look like a horn.

5. Arrange all the small doughs in the baking tray, put them in the oven, add a basin of hot water, and turn on the oven fermentation function for 40-60 minutes (depending on the temperature and the effect of dough fermentation, the time can be appropriately extended)

6. After the second fermentation, take out the baking tray and preheat the oven to 190 degrees with both upper and lower fires; then lightly brush the dough with a layer of egg liquid; after the oven is preheated to the required temperature, put it in the baking tray and bake for about 20 minutes;

7. During the last few minutes of baking, please keep an eye on the oven and pay attention to the color of the bread. When the bread is finished baking, take out the baking tray and move the bread to the baking rack to cool and store!
