How to make colorful flower rolls

5. Ferment for about three hours until the dough is twice as big as the original dough.

6. Roll the purple potato dough into a large dough sheet with a thickness of 0.3-0.5 cm.

7. Roll the white dough into a large dough sheet about 0.3-0.5 cm thick, similar in size to the purple potato dough sheet.

10. Sprinkle dry flour on the panel and place them neatly for secondary fermentation for 20 minutes.

11. Apply a little oil to the steamer to prevent sticking to the bottom, and steam for 20 minutes.

12. The finished product of the plump and soft purple flower rolls
