2. Soak gelatin sheets in cold water until soft.

3. Peel and cut the dragon fruit into pieces

4. Use a food processor to make a paste, add appropriate amount of sugar and mix well, about 250 grams

5. Heat the softened gelatin sheets in water to melt them into liquid

6. Divide the gelatin liquid into 2 equal parts

7. Pour yogurt and dragon fruit juice into the gelatin liquid and mix well.

8. Put them into two piping bags respectively. The purpose of using piping bags is to prevent the liquid from sticking to the bottle wall when pouring.

9. Squeeze one third of the yogurt into the bottle.

10. Put it in the refrigerator and condense it. Then take it out and squeeze in one third of the dragon fruit juice.

11. Squeeze the yogurt liquid again and adjust the order.
