1. Defrost and clean the lamb bones

2.1 Add a spoonful of barbecue sauce

3.2 The seasonings I used: black pepper sauce, barbecued pork sauce, black pepper, sea salt

4.1 After mixing, apply evenly on the surface of the lamb bone

5.2 Add a spoonful of black pepper sauce

6. Pour the meat and seasoning into a fresh-keeping bag, seal it and refrigerate it overnight.

7. Heat the iron plate and melt the butter

8. Place the marinated lamb chops on the iron plate. Do not use too high a heat to avoid the surface from getting burnt. Let the heat penetrate the lamb chops slowly, fry one side and then the other side until it reaches the desired doneness.
