1. Prepare the ingredients first: cabbage core, carrot, cucumber, egg, oyster mushroom, rice noodle, and pork.

2. Wash the king oyster mushrooms and tear them into shreds by hand.

3. Boil water and blanch the king oyster mushrooms.

4. Spread the eggs into a pancake and cut into shreds.

5. Cut the carrots into shreds.

6. Cut the cucumber and cabbage core into shreds.

7. Cut the skin into strips

8. Arrange the prepared ingredients on a plate, with different colors, and place the pudding in the middle.

9. Cut the pork into appropriate amount of shreds.

10. Add a small amount of oil and stir-fry.

11. Add pepper powder, onion, ginger and minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

12. Add appropriate amount of water and a spoonful of garlic chili sauce.

13. Add two spoonfuls of bean paste.

14. Add another spoonful of farm-style paste.

15. Stew until cooked.

16. Pour the prepared meat sauce on the mixed vegetables and it’s done.

17. Change to the vertical version for your enjoyment.
