How to cook Kung Pao Chicken

1. Prepare the chicken breast

2. Cut the chicken breast into thumb-sized cubes

3. Add water starch, soy sauce and cooking wine, mix well and marinate for ten minutes

4. Chop garlic and ginger into small pieces, and cut green onions into small sections

5. Cut the dried chili peppers into sections and peppercorns

6. Crispy peanuts

7. Add pea starch, salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar and soy sauce to the seasoning bowl.

8. Add a little oil to the pan and heat it to 60%. Add dried chili peppers and peppercorns and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add ginger, green onions and garlic (only add half of the green onions).

9. Add the marinated diced chicken into the pan, stir-fry over high heat until the diced chicken is cooked, pour in the prepared sauce and continue to stir-fry quickly.

10. Add the remaining green onions and finally the crispy peanuts, stir well and serve.
