How to headshot an octopus?

Step 6: Add a bowl of water, put it into the pressure cooker and press for 15 minutes.

Step 7: After pressing, do not open the lid immediately, simmer for 5 minutes.

The correct way to cook octopus is: 1. Clean the internal organs of the octopus' head; 2. Blanch it in hot water, pour the octopus in after the water boils and serve after three or two minutes, add a small amount of salt to the water; 3. Prepare shallots, garlic, ginger, red peppers, spicy sauce, and octopus; 4. Heat the oil and sauté until fragrant, then add three spoons of spicy sauce, depending on your personal taste. It's really spicy, very spicy, very spicy! 5. Simmer over low heat and add soy sauce, cooking wine, vinegar and oyster sauce. 6. Simmer for about three or two minutes, add the octopus and stir-fry over high heat for about five minutes. 7. Remove from the pan and sprinkle with coriander. The spicy octopus is done!
