My Hong Kong style Portuguese egg tart recipe

1. Sift the low-gluten flour into the prepared tart liquid with a flour sieve and mix evenly, and filter the tart liquid with a mesh sieve to remove small particles.

2. Pour milk, whipping cream, sugar, eggs and condensed milk together and mix well.

3. Use a small spoon to slowly scoop the filtered tart liquid into the tart crust, evenly pour about 70% to 80% of the tart liquid into each tart crust, and then add your favorite orange peel, raisins, etc.

4. Put it in the preheated oven, set the middle layer to 200 degrees, and bake for 20 minutes.
