How to make double pepper baked eggs

It's easy to eat, just open your mouth and chew. But making food delicious is difficult, at least most people can't do it. Why does this happen? Because they don't have a good solution. Today, I will teach you some tips on how to make double pepper baked eggs.

1. Add chopped green and red pepper, salt and water starch into the egg mixture and mix well.

2. Place a frying pan on low heat, add oil and heat until 30% hot, pour the beaten eggs from the center of the pan, and then cover the pan.

3. Bake for about two to three minutes. Use a bamboo chopstick to poke the egg in the center of the pan. If you can’t see the egg liquid, add a little oil around the egg.

4. Turn the egg over and cover with lid. When both sides of the egg are golden brown (I didn’t bake it golden brown, it would make you get a sore throat if you bake it too hard), turn off the heat.
