1.1 Mix A, B and C in order and stir until they become a smooth dough. Let it rest for 40-60 minutes until it expands to about twice its size.

2.2 Sieve material A; dissolve yeast B in water and set aside

3. Press the expanded dough to remove the air, roll it into long strips, divide it into 9 equal small pieces, roll them into balls and flatten them.

4. Brush the surface with sugar water D, sprinkle with white sesame seeds, let it sit for about 15 minutes, and poke it through the middle with your finger.

5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, bake for about 15 minutes
