How to make English muffins

Everyone knows that diet is particularly important for health. If you want to be healthy, you should pay more attention to your diet on a daily basis. It is best to cook at home. In fact, many home-cooked dishes are not only delicious but also easy to make. For example, the method of making English muffins is not difficult. You just need to put in a little effort and spend some time.

1. Put milk, flour, sugar, salt, butter, water and yeast into the bread bucket in turn, start the dough program, and turn on the switch (the initial fermentation time of this program is about 40 minutes)

2. After the initial fermentation is completed, open the bread machine cover, take out the dough, place it on a chopping board sprinkled with flour, and divide it into 5 equal portions (because I only have five molds, so I made five portions). Cover the dough with a wet cloth and let it stand for ten minutes. At this time, put greaseproof paper on the baking tray and grease the area around the mold for later use!

3. Prepare corn starch and set aside. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a sheet the size of the mold! Then dip the dough in the cornstarch.

4. Place the dough into the mold on the prepared baking tray, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in an environment of about 30 degrees for 30 minutes.

5. When it has risen to twice its original size!

6. After the proofing is finished, place a baking tray on the mold and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 15 minutes!

7. After baking, take out the bread and place it on a cooling rack to cool!

Eating out may not guarantee the hygiene of the food, so you can only feel at ease if you make it yourself. English muffins are simple to make and are guaranteed to be healthy.
