1. Soak glutinous rice for 2 to 3 hours

4. Take two reed leaves and overlap them slightly, cut the roots evenly, and fold them inwards into a spoon shape.

5. Add glutinous rice and jujube and compact it

7. Go around the tip of the zongzi and rotate from right to left

8. Turn the tip of the leaf from the front to the right

9. Remove excess leaves

10. Take another longer reed leaf and place it on the right side of the rice dumpling.

11. Rotate the zongzi to the right so that the left side is facing upwards.

13. Go around the tip of the zongzi and rotate from left to right

14. Pull down

15. Turn the zongzi over and lift it up

16. Insert the needle 2 cm below the tip of the zongzi, pass the leaf tip through the zongzi needle, and pull it out from the back.

17. Finished product

18. Arrange the dumplings neatly in the pot while wrapping them. Add water until they are 2-3 cm above the dumplings. Put a plate on top to prevent them from floating up. Bring the pressure cooker to a boil over high heat and then cook over medium heat for 35 minutes.
