How to make glutinous rice siu mai

13. Hold the bottom of the siomai with your left hand, and slowly tighten the neck of the siomai with the base of your right hand.

14. Pull the dough at the opening outwards and open it slightly.

15. Put all the prepared steamed dumplings in the steamer, brush a little oil on the bottom, and steam for about 10 minutes before serving.
