How to make mushroom and scallop tofu

1.1 Beat the eggs, add crushed tofu, milk, salt and white pepper, stir well, and steam in a steamer for 20 minutes

2.2 Soak bamboo fungus, shiitake mushrooms, day lily and scallops separately, and blanch winter bamboo shoots. The rest of the materials are cut into coarse pieces

4. Add appropriate amount of broth

5. After the pot boils, add vegetables, ham, and green peppers. Cook for one minute, then add salt and chicken stock to taste.

6. Thicken with water starch and serve. Pour over steamed egg tofu
