2. Steamed Hairtail Production Process

Remove the internal organs of the hairtail fish, clean the belly of the hairtail fish (remove the black film in the belly of the hairtail fish), do not remove the white film on the body of the hairtail fish, cut into 8 cm segments, cut the green onion into segments at an angle, cut the ginger into slices, remove the roots and old leaves of the coriander, wash and set aside. Put the hairtail into a plate, sprinkle salt, cooking wine, scallion segments, ginger slices and pepper powder on the hairtail, mix well and marinate. Steam for about 10 minutes (full steam) until cooked, take out, pick out the scallion and ginger slices, put them into small fish plates, add coriander, and drizzle with seafood sauce.
