1. Wash the cabbage and drain it for later use.

3. Prepare all the seasonings, mince the garlic and cut the cabbage into sections for later use.

4. Pour the prepared juice into the cabbage and stir for 10 minutes to allow the cabbage to fully absorb the juice.

5. Finally, pour the remaining half of the soup into the cabbage and stir for 10 minutes to make the cabbage more evenly cooked and more flavorful.

6. Finally, use a spoon to put the cabbage into a glass jar, cover it with a lid and seal it. Then put it in the refrigerator for more than 25 days and you can enjoy the delicious garlic kimchi.
