How to make Sichuan style pickled cabbage and minced meat vermicelli

A reasonable diet is the only way for us to maintain good health. Many people neglect their diet due to their busy work, which is actually not right. In fact, cooking by ourselves does not take up too much of our time. The method of Laotan Pickled Cabbage and Minced Pork Vermicelli (Sichuan Homestyle Version) is easy and easy to learn even without any basic knowledge.

1. Prepare about 400 grams of vermicelli and soak it.

3. Put the soaked vermicelli into a pot of boiling water and cook for about 5 to 10 minutes (depending on the softness of the vermicelli, control the time yourself), then wash with cold water, drain the water and set aside.

6. Cut the kimchi and garlic sprouts and set aside. It is better to cut the kimchi into shreds and the garlic sprouts into sections.

8. Pour about 100 grams of vegetable oil into the pot and heat it up, set aside.

9. Pour the minced meat into the pot and stir-fry. Add ginger slices, peppercorns, a little star anise, and a little garlic. Stir-fry over medium heat. When the aroma comes out, add the chili sauce and stir-fry.

10. Add about 15 grams of chili sauce and stir-fry (if you don’t like spicy food, you can leave it out; otherwise, you can add it). When you smell the chili sauce, add the old-style kimchi and stir-fry together.

11. Add the old-style kimchi and stir-fry. When the kimchi and other seasonings are absorbed into the mixture, add appropriate amount of water.

12. Add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil, then pour the vermicelli into the pot and cook for about 5 minutes. Add garlic sprouts, MSG, and a little light soy sauce, stir-fry for about one minute, turn off the heat and enjoy.

13. Cook the pattern and prepare it for serving.

14. Serve in a container, sprinkle pepper powder on the surface, and enjoy! (Bowl diameter is about 24cm)
