How to make Spring Salad Rolls

1. Wash, cut cucumber into strips, slice carrots, and prepare vegetables

2. After boiling water in the pot, blanch the tenderloin slices one by one, blanch the meat slices for 30 to 40 seconds until the meat turns completely white.

3. Let it cool down and set aside

4. Take out three spring roll wrappers

5. Fill a container with half warm water and slowly put a spring roll wrapper into the warm water.

6. Slowly soak the spring roll wrapper completely, about 10 seconds (just depend on the water temperature) until the spring roll wrapper is completely soaked and softened.

7. Gently spread the soaked spring roll wrapper flat, being careful not to break it.

8. Put mizuna on the first layer of spring roll wrapper, then put tenderloin slices, carrot slices, cucumber, and radish sprouts.

9. After the vegetables are placed, slowly wrap the spring roll wrapper from the inside to wrap the vegetables.

10. Then cut it in the middle. (You can also cut off both ends and adjust the length as you like)

11. Pour a small cup of salad dressing (of your favorite flavor), add cherry tomatoes and mint leaves, then place the cut spring rolls on a plate, and you’re done.
