How to make homemade salad dressing (with remedies)

For many people, eating healthy is not easy to achieve. In fact, there are many home-cooked dishes that are very simple and not as difficult as some people think. 1. Prepare the materials. Weigh out powdered sugar, white vinegar and oil separately.

2. Beat the egg yolks into a bowl, add powdered sugar and beat with a whisk.

3. When the egg yolk is fully expanded, add a little salad oil and continue beating to allow the oil and egg yolk to fully blend. Don't add too much oil each time, add it little by little.

4. When the mayonnaise becomes thick and difficult to stir, pour a small spoonful of white vinegar into it. Do not add too much at one time. Continue to stir evenly. The egg yolk paste will become thinner after adding the vinegar. Repeat this process of adding small amounts multiple times.

5. I am impatient, so I added the vinegar and oil too hastily, and they didn’t fully melt into the rice I cooked, so the salad dressing was a bit watery.

6. Make adjustments in this step. Beat another egg yolk, add powdered sugar, and beat until it expands.

7. Use the failed salad dressing instead of oil and add it little by little into the beaten egg yolks to emulsify it.

8. Be patient and add it little by little until it melts slowly to reach the consistency you want.

9. Put the prepared salad dressing in a clean and dry glass bottle, seal it, and store it in the refrigerator.

It's nice to go out to a restaurant occasionally to change your taste, but it's best not to go there too often. Homemade salad dressing (with remedies attached) is easy to make, so it doesn't matter if you're not a good cook.
