How to make coconut soy milk buns

Chinese people have always been particular about food, and whether the food is good or not is often linked to a person's living standard. We should not deal with three meals a day casually. 1. Knead all the ingredients except corn oil together.

2. Prepare all the materials

3. Add corn oil and continue kneading for about 20 minutes to form a glove film.

4. Knead for about five minutes to produce a rough film

5. When it expands to 2.5 times its original size, insert your finger into it and it will not shrink.

6. Knead the dough into a smooth dough and set aside to rise.

7. Take out the dough, deflate it, divide it into eight portions, knead them into round pieces and let them rest for 20 minutes.

8. Roll the dough into a thin round shape again and place it in the oven. Put a basin of hot water on the bottom and let it rise until it doubles in size.

9. Take out the dough and brush it with egg liquid. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

10. Cook at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
