How to make hand-beaten pork meatball soup

1. Chop the pork into small cubes and put it into a blender, blend it into a paste. Also blend the minced ginger into the paste and mix it evenly into the meat.

2. Mix in a little water starch (the ratio is 5 grams of flour for 100 grams of meat) and beat lightly with the back of a knife or a rolling pin for more than half an hour.

3. Make a pot of hot water and turn off the heat after the water boils. Use a spoon to shape the meat into meatballs and place in the pot.

4. After all the meatballs are done, turn on high heat and cook until the meatballs float to the surface of the water and then cook for another 3 minutes.

5. After it cools down completely, it can be frozen in the refrigerator and stored for 1 to 2 months. When serving as a side dish or making soup, take it out and cook until it floats, then pair it with other vegetables.
