Now that people’s lives are better, they have become more careful about what they eat. In the past, people ate to fill their stomachs. Nowadays, people eat for health, so here I would like to introduce to you a healthy and delicious pan-fried bun with cowpea filling.

1. Add 3 grams of yeast to 200 grams of flour, mix with clean water to make a slightly soft dough, and let it ferment until it doubles in size.

2. Add 100 grams of minced meat, chopped green onion, ginger juice, salt, sugar, pepper, five-spice powder, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, sesame oil and chicken essence and mix well.

3. Blanch the cowpeas in boiling water and then cool.

4. Chop the blanched cowpeas into small pieces, squeeze out the water and set aside.

5. Chop half of the chicken leg mushroom and set aside.

6. Mix all ingredients well (taste and add seasoning as appropriate) and set aside as filling.

7. Knead the risen dough evenly and let it stand for 10 minutes.

8. Divide the dough into two parts, roll one part into long strips and cut into small equal portions.

9. Take a small piece of dough, roll it into a round shape, and wrap the cowpea filling in it.

10. Wrap it up like a dumpling.

11. Brush a layer of sesame oil in a frying pan, place the fried buns with the seams facing down in a row, and fry over high heat for 1 minute.

12. Add cold boiled water until the water covers the bottom of the pan-fried dumplings.

13. Cover the pot and turn to medium-low heat, fry for about 10 minutes.

14. Now take a small bowl, add a little flour and water to make flour water.

15. When the water in the pan has dried up, you can turn the fried buns over one by one.

16. Then pour in the flour water that has just been prepared.

17. Add some sesame oil and cover the lid until the water is dry and the pot starts to sizzle.
