1. Prepare the materials

4. Cut the chicken wings, add 1 teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 spoon of soy sauce, half a spoon of chili powder, and appropriate amount of cooking wine, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes

5. Add half a spoon of chili powder, 1 spoon of cooking oil and 1 teaspoon of salt to the side dishes and mix well.

6. Boil water, blanch the clams, then wash and set aside.

7. Put 1 spoon of Lao Gan Ma, 1 spoon of purple pepper sauce, 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 spoon of starch, 2 spoons of oyster sauce, half a teaspoon of chicken essence, and 2 tablespoons of water into a bowl and mix in a clockwise direction.

8. Peel the ginger, slice some of it, and cut some into small pieces and add to the side dishes

9. Put ginger slices in the base, add chicken wings, and pour a circle of sauce on the wings

10. Pour the side dishes, shrimp on top, and pour the sauce

11. Place the clams on top of the shrimps and pour the remaining sauce evenly over them. Cover with lid and simmer on low heat for 15 to 20 minutes

12. Open the lid and smell the delicious aroma
