Cinnamon Apple Bread Pudding Recipe

1. Remove the edges of the toast and cut it into cubes

2. Beat two eggs

3. Mix fresh milk, whipping cream and 35g sugar in a small pot and heat over low heat (do not boil), stir slowly until the sugar melts and let cool, then pour in the egg liquid while stirring;

4. Heat a small piece of butter in a non-stick pan, pour in the apple pieces and stir-fry;

5. Add rum, remaining sugar, cinnamon powder and half lemon juice and continue to fry for a while, cooking over low heat throughout the process;

6. Place the toast, cooked cinnamon apples and raisins soaked in water for 15-30 minutes.

7. Then sift the pudding liquid made in step 3 and pour it into the baking pan;

8. Preheat the oven to 180℃, then bake in a water bath for about 30 minutes, until the pudding liquid solidifies and the toast is golden brown. (Water bath method, that is, place the small baking tray containing the ingredients on a large baking tray filled with hot water for baking, and the water level in the large tray is half of that in the small tray.)
