1. Prepare the necessary ingredients

2.1 Cut chili pepper into rings, slice ginger, and cut garlic sprouts into sections

3.2 Descale the sea bass, clean it, and make three oblique cuts on the fish

10. Add chili pepper and garlic sprouts, turn on high heat and simmer until the soup is reduced slightly before serving (the sea bass tastes very delicious, so I didn’t add chicken essence)
