18. Place the prepared apple buns (yellow ones look like pears) on the steamer and let them sit for another 20 minutes;

19. After the water boils, steam on high heat for 15 minutes. Open the water again after 2 minutes to prevent the buns from shrinking.

20. The steamed apple buns have undergone a gorgeous transformation, from snow pears to green apples.
